You may have put a Linux system in place for a specific reason, and in general it has performed well, but now your local system "guru" or Linux person has moved on and you need someone to ensure that things continue to work. We work with systems all over North America and Europe from our location here in the Vancouver, BC area.

If necessary we can either talk someone at your location through anything that needs to be done from the console, or help with your installation of remote console hardware so we can do it all. Otherwise, we do all from our own systems via secure remote login and automated tools.

Our setup includes free installation of some tools and scripts we've developed over the years. Some systems we've been looking after have literally gone years between re-boots or major upgrades; continuing to provide the facilities and services they were installed for.

Don't hesitate to call if your system is not Red Hat or Fedora - they're the subject of this particular special but by no means the only systems we deal with. We've been dealing with Unix and Linux systems since the 1980s - and all manner of computers prior to that. If you have something weird and old that nobody knows about anymore, chances are we can deal with it.
