Administration of user accounts, disk allocations, services and facilities usage. Security monitoring for compromises and unusual activity. Application of updates in a controlled and orderly fashion.
If necessary we can either talk someone at your location through anything that needs to be done from the console, or help with your installation of remote console hardware so we can do it all. Otherwise, we do all from our own systems via secure remote login and automated tools. Our setup includes free installation of some tools and scripts we've developed over the years. Some systems we've been looking after have literally gone years between re-boots or major upgrades; continuing to provide the facilities and services they were installed for.
